The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), on instructions, has submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.67 of 2018 and final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.29 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry and thereafter, committed in S.C.No.12 of 2020 on the file of Principal District Court, Puchucherry and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
