This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 04.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17043 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
