(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Kasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. It appears that the appeal was filed within the prescribed period of limitation. However, the delay has been caused in compliance of the office objections.

3. We have considered the submissions and the grounds mentioned. The defects have been now rectified. The delay caused in re-presenting the appeal is condoned.

The application is allowed.
