This application has been filed by the Official Liquidator seeking permission of this Court to make certain disbursements towards the expenditure incurred by the Official Liquidator for effecting a sale of the properties owned by the Company under Liquidation. The report, dated 15.10.2024 has been filed by the learned Dy. Official Liquidator and in support of the said report, documents in the form of invoices and receipts pertaining to the payments have also been filed.

2. This Court is satisfied with the report of the learned Dy. Official Liquidator, dated 15.10.2024. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the learned Official Liquidator in this application has to be granted. Accordingly Comp. A.
