This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1255 days in representing the above second appeal in SA.(SR).No.66930 of 2019.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
