This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in crime No. 205 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant husband has obtained a sum of Rs.3.5 lakhs from the first petitioner and the same was not repaid by him hence the petitioner compelled him to repay the same. In the meanwhile, the husband of the defacto complainant had tendered jewels and amount to the accused 3 to 5, wherein they assured him for doubling the amount and executed a document for the same. Thereafter, the accused 3 to 5 have not repaid the amount and cheated the defacto complainant and her husband, due to frustration, the husband of the defacto complainant had committed suicide. Hence, the case.

Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner has not returned the original documents to the deceased family and also there is no change in circumstances after dismissing the previous bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 28.11.2024 pbl Crl.O.P.No. 26156 of 2024
