These petitions are filed to condone the delay of filing the appeals.

Heard Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is 89 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 89 days in filing these appeals is condoned. Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
