ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 120(B), 420 of IPC in Crime No.24 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is daughter of 1/3

accused/A3 and a trustee of Tribal Social Educational and Economic Development (TSEED). The petitioner along with her family members have collected an amount of Rs.34,73,287/- from public but was not deposited the same to the defacto complainant's company i.e NABFINS LTD, a sister concern of NABARD during the period from October- 2020 to September2020. On verification, it is confirmed that the amount has been misappropriated by the petitioner and her family members. Hence, the complaint was lodged by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she has no way connected with alleged occurrence and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, the learned counsel prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has filed a second anticipatory bail application before this Court. However, the conditions imposed in the earlier order have not been complied with, hence he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), and even today, the petitioner is not inclined to comply with the conditional order, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
