This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23455 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
