This application has been filed by the applicant to modify the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in A.No.2748 of 2023 in T.O.S No.24 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application.

Inview of no objection made by the other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to enter into any sale agreement/agreement with the prospective purchasers to complete the sale.
