O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience and noncompliance with the order dated 28.07.2021 in W.P.No.15628 of 2021, whereby this Court had directed the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Today, when the case came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the passing of the aforesaid order, the respondents had disposed of the representation of the writ petitioner vide proceedings dated 03.12.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that though the order of this Court has been complied with vide proceeding dated 03.12.2023, the same is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner. As such, the petitioner may take further steps to assail the said action of the respondents.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission and since the respondents, by proceeding dated 03.12.2023, have disposed of the representation of the 2/4

petitioner and complied with the direction of this Court in W.P.No.15628 of 2021, this Court is of the view, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, this contempt case is closed.
