For R3, R4 & R6 : Mr.Sunny.S For Mrs.V.Srimathi (in WP No.11691 of 2013) COMMON ORDER The respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners made a submission that the parties have entered into a compromise in C.S.No.917 of 2017 and a memo has been signed between the parties. Therefore, further adjudication on merits in respect of the present writ petitions are unwarranted.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.11691 of 2013 made a submission that as per the compromise memo, certain portion of the monitory benefits are to be settled. It is for the parties to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
3. As far as the writ petitions are concerned after entering into a compromise, further adjudication cannot be required.
