issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent herein from Registering and Releasing the Sale Deed dated April 2013, bearing Pending Document No.54/2013, executed by the 3rd and 4th respondents in favour of 6th respondent in respect of the property being land and building bearing Door No.9 @ 10 (Part) South Usman Road, Part of Old Door No.1, Damodara Reddi Street and also bearing Old Door No.3/1 and 3/1AL T.Nagar Village, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17, comprised in T.S.No.5738 Part and New T.S.No.9012/1B, Block No.130, measuring an extent of 2 grounds and 665 Sq.ft, during the subsistence of Sale Agreement dated 12.12.2007 bearing Document No.22/2008 executed in favour of the petitioner by the 3rd and 4th respondents herein.

For R3, R4 & R6 : Mr.Sunny.S For Mrs.V.Srimathi (in WP No.11691 of 2013) COMMON ORDER The respective learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners made a submission that the parties have entered into a compromise in C.S.No.917 of 2017 and a memo has been signed between the parties. Therefore, further adjudication on merits in respect of the present writ petitions are unwarranted.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.11691 of 2013 made a submission that as per the compromise memo, certain portion of the monitory benefits are to be settled. It is for the parties to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

3. As far as the writ petitions are concerned after entering into a compromise, further adjudication cannot be required.
