Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of Cetiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent bearing RFL/Palipattu/36/2023 dated 21.08.2023 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to register the sale deed of the property bearing survey Nos.326/12A, 326/7A, 326/5A, 326/10A and 326/5B presented by the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a writ of Cetiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent bearing RFL/Palipattu/36/2023 dated 21.08.2023 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to register the sale deed of the property bearing survey Nos.326/12A, 326/7A, 326/5A, 326/10A and 326/5B presented by the petitioner.

2. Heard and perused the records.

3. It is seen that the impugned order is not a final order and it is only 2/4

directed to clear the encumbrance and present the document. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to comply with the directions given by the Sub Registrar/first respondent and present the document.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
