ORDER
The petitioner before me is the wife. She seeks to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2003 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Polur and to be tried before the learned Subordinate Page No 1 of 4
Judge at Tambaram.
2. The wife is a permanent resident of Perungalathur which is quite near to Tambaram and she alleged that it takes her a long time to travel to Polur which is in Thiruvannamalai district.
3. Notice had been issued by this Court and the learned counsel for the husband/respondent has also entered appearance. The learned counsel for the respondent states that his client has no objection for the transfer of proceedings.
4. Taking into consideration, the convenience of the wife as well as no objection that has been tendered by the learned counsel appearing for the husband/respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
5. Accordingly, the proceeding which is now pending on the file of the Court of the learned Subordinate Judge at Polur is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram Page No 2 of 4
