ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Prayer in the petition is to direct the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation, respondent No.2, to take appropriate action against respondent No.3, M/s.DRRSB PCT ONE Private Limited, for violating the terms of concession agreement dated 28th April, 2023.

2. Admittedly, Corporation has terminated the agreement, vide a letter dated 22nd December, 2023, copy whereof is annexed to the petition. Therefore, prima facie, respondent No.2 has already taken action against respondent No.3.

3. At the same time, counsel appearing for Corporation, Shri Arun Babu, states that he will advice the Commissioner to treat this petition itself as a representation and take such steps as advised in accordance with law.

4. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
