The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition for comparison of signature. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
