O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to reflect the petitioner's name in computerized chitta in respect of the subject land, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2022.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the Learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

The case of the petitioner is that the agricultural land comprised in S.No.48/4, measuring an extent of 0.81.0 Ares situated at Thanipadi Village was allotted in favour of the petitioner, vide Order No.2488 dated 21.03.2007, under the Special scheme announced by the Government for providing land to landless agriculturalists. Pursuant to the said allotment, the petitioner is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the said land by doing agriculture for the past 15 years. Even after a lapse of 15 years, till date, the petitioner's name was not reflected in the computerized Chitta in respect of 2/6
the subject land. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 16.11.2022 before the respondents seeking to reflect the petitioner's name in the computerized Chitta in respect of the subject land, however, till date, no orders have been passed on the said representation. Hence, this Writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2022 and to consequently, enter the petitioner's name in the computerized chitta in respect of the subject property as expeditiously as possible.
5. Learned Additional Government Pleader has no serious objection for the said order being passed and he fairly submitted that appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2022.
6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, issues direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's 3/6
representation dated 16.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any.
