Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4, fairly submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay of 1 day in filing the writ appeal.

In view of the no objection given by learned State Government Pleader and having satisfied with the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 1 day in filing the writ appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
