The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. But however, the learned counsel for the petitioner had withdrawn the petition only when the Court insisted that A2 should subject himself for judicial process. 3.It is informed that A2 has filed anticipatory bail application before the Principal Sessions Court at Coimbatore or the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

4.The copy of this order may be forwarded to the Principal Sessions Court, Coimbatore and also to the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore that this petition had been dismissed as withdrawn and this order should not enure to A2 who was directly involved in cheating about 25 subscribers to an amount of Rs.23,41,150/-.
