This petition is filed to condone the delay of 193 days in paying the deficit court fees of Rs.20,000/- in filing the C.M.A.SR filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.01.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1629 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Court), Tiruvannamalai, pending disposal of the above C.M.A.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.46275 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
