The petitioner seeks bail in S.C.No.66 of 2023 on the file of the XVI Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, in which, charges have been framed under Sections 147, 148, 324, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC. 2.It is stated that there was a wordy quarrel on 20.10.2022 and all the other accused had committed the offence of murder. 3.It is also stated that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order memo No.436/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 25.11.2022 and the said detention order had been quashed by the Division Bench of this Court in H.C.P.No.2680 of 2022 dated 14.06.2023.

4.The trial is in progress. Let the prime eye witnesses be examined and cross examined and that would be a substantial change in circumstances. At that stage, further consideration can be made. 5.Now, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
