Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in and connected with impugned order No. C5/007/2022 dated 15.12.2022 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents herein to disburse compensation with respect to the lands acquired in T.S.No.149, 150, 153, 154 in old Survey No.43 (part), Block 18, Kolathur Village, Chennai with interest at appropriate rates pursuant to private negotiations entered into between the petitioner and the 1st 1/4

respondent under deed of Sale dated 17.11.2020. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order No.C5/007/2022 dated 15.12.2022 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Taking note of the fact that the first respondent has already initiated LAOP proceedings, in which the petitioner has also participated, completed his oral evidence and the matter is now posted for defence witnesses, the writ petition cannot be entertained. All the issues that has been raised in this writ petition can be agitated before the Sub Court.

3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. It is needless to say that the tribunal shall endeavour to dispose the 2/4

appeal at the earliest. No costs.
