O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the police on the complaint given by Ravi Chandran is before this Court seeking protection from harassment.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by Ravi Chandran, FIR been registered in Cr.No.355 of 2024, the petitioner been summoned for appearance and participate in the enquiry.

3. In the light of the above fact, this Court is of the view that the petitioner herein has to participate in the investigation and cooperate. The respondent police shall conduct the investigation as per the procedures contemplated under law and shall not violate the rule in any manner.

4. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
