The Applicant/Official Liquidator attached to this High Court has filed this application for impleading third parties to the proceedings in Comp.A.No.354 of 2023 seeking to quash a notice dated 29.09.2021 bearing reference: No.1131/2016/A.R.II.(246)/Loans and Advances issued by the applicant herein as against the second respondent herein.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated, the application stands allowed to implead the proposed parties.

3. Issue Notice through Court to the newly impleaded respondents in Comp.A.No.354 of 2023 returnable in four weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
