This petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint dated 14.10.2024.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that there is no ground made out to grant police protection. The dispute seems to be civil in nature and suit is also pending before the Civil Court. Therefore this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioners.
