(Order of the Court was made by D.KISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the writ appeal.

According to the petitioner, there is no delay in filing the writ appeal, from the date of obtaining the certified copy of the impugned order, however with an abundant caution, this petition has been filed. It is reported by the Registry that the certified copy of the order was despatched on 01.09.2024.

Inview of the above, the petitioner is permitted to place the certified copy of the impugned order before the Registry and if the Registry finds that there is no delay in filing the appeal, then number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order; if finds that there is a delay in filing the appeal, then return the appeal papers for filing appropriate application for condoning the delay. As such, at present, no order is required to be passed in the petition and hence, this petition is closed.
