Learned counsel for the respondent has placed before this Court the order dated 17.12.2019 passed in O.S.A.No.306 of 2019, which makes it clear that the amount lying to the credit of O.P.No.1115 of 2018 shall not be withdrawn.

2. In the present application (A.No.9732/2019), the applicant seeks payment out of the money lying to the credit of O.P.No.1115 of 2018. Since there is an order of stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court, the relief sought for in this application cannot be granted in favour of the applicant for the present. The applicant will have to wait for the outcome of O.S.A.No.306 of 2019.
