No.8539 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., The present Application has been filed seeking to pass an order prohibiting the garnishees from making payment upto a limit of Rs.16,90,994/- to the respondents 1 and 2 by withholding the salary of respondents 1 and 2 every month to the extent as contemplated in Section 60 of CPC viz., after deducting the first Rs.1000/- of the salary of the respondents 1 and 2 and withholding 1/3rd of the reminder salary and restrain the respondents 1 and 2 from receiving the salary amount so withheld from the garnishees and further direct the Garnishees to deposit the amount of salary so withheld every month to the credit of the above application pending disposal of arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondents and till enforcement of the award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings.

2. Despite service of notice, none appeared for the respondents either in person or through the counsel.

3. In view of the fact that there should be an order of attachment directly in compliance of Section 60 of CPC, the Garnishees are liable to deposit the amount after attachment if any to the credit of this application.
