This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned District Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Court for Exclusive trial for SC&ST Act Cases (PCR Court), Tirupur to consider the bail petition on the same day filed by the petitioner in Cr.No.346 of 2024 under Sections 296(b), 126(2) and 351(3) of BNS r/w Sections 3(1)(g), 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Cases and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to consider the bail petition without any violations of the provisions of the Act. 22.10.2024 Vv To
