This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.10(b) imposed by this Court in order dated 29.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21675 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
