2. It is stated that the sole accused in this case is died. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.413 of 2022 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu, stands closed as abated. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
