This Contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16034 of 2019 dated 21.06.2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instruction submitted that the Closure Report has been filed in RCS No.8 of 2019, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Jayamkondam on 20.01.2020.
