ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2022 seeking for regularization of his service as Sweeper in the Government Hospital, Ariyalur.
2. Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that eventhough he has been working as Sweeper in the Government Hospital, Ariyalur, eversince 2005, his service has not been regularized. According to him, his 2/6
other co-workers who were also appointed at the same time, as that of the petitioner were already regularized. The petitioner has given a representation on 08.09.2022 seeking for his regularization. Since the representation of the petitioner has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.
4. Heard Mr.A.Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents 3 & 4 to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2022 seeking for his regularisation as a Sweeper in the Government Hospital, Ariyalur within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
