The petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(a) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders imposed in the bail order dated 20.09.2024 made in Crl.OP.No.20920 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
