(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition was disposed on 27.01.2022 directing the respondents to remove the encroachments.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Advocate-General Mr.J.Ravindran, submitted a compliance report along with photographs to show that pursuant to notice under Section Form III, encroachments have been removed.

4. Since the direction of this Court has been complied with, no further order is necessary. However, the respondents should see that no encroachment takes place in future, and take steps to restore the waterbody by taking appropriate measures.
