This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the CRP against the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2022 in OS No.5 of 2021 on the file of the 4th Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
