ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in CC.No.215 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and transfer the same to any other nearest Judicial Magistrate Court situated at Tiruvallur District.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police. There was no representation for the petitioner and the second respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police, by producing the copy of the judgment passed in CC.No.215 of 2012, made a submission as the petition mentioned case has already been disposed of.

4. Therefore in view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
