This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25680 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022 in clause (b) at paragraph No.9 insofar as directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
