[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Mr.C.K.Chandrasekar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry submitted that the Bar Council passed a resolution, taking the petitioner's complaint on file and referring it to the Disciplinary Committee for conducting an inquiry. Thus, the grievances of the petitioner are addressed, and the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the complaint before the Disciplinary Committee.
2. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
