2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected stay petition in Crl.M.P.No.16074 of 2019 is closed.

3. It is submitted that there is an earlier order dated 06.11.2019 passed by this Court dispensing with the petitioner's appearance, except on hearings where petitioner's presence is considered to be necessary by the learned Magistrate. In view of the same, the petitioner's appearance before the Trial Court in S.T.C.No.69 of 2019 is dispensed with, unless the learned Magistrate considers his presence necessary for the further progress of the trial.
