O R D E R

In this miscellaneous petition, on 29.08.2017, this Court passed the following order :- "Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

There shall be an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree proceedings alone. The other proceedings shall go on.

Notice to the respondents returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted."

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
