This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.20630 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 in Para No.7(a) that the petitioners should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the fact that investigation is complete and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
