This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3091 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27075 of 2022 dated 06.03.2023 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition modified by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3091 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.27075 of 2022 dated 06.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
