The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay in Salem and report before the Inspector of Police Hasthampatti Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, for another period of three months imposed in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 31.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18201 of 2024 by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
