This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish sureties in the strength of order dated 01.08.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.18525 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he is unable to execute the surety within a time, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for another period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
