This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 523 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.111645 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One thousand only) to the Medical Research Foundation (Sankara Nethralaya), No.41/18, College Road, Chennai-6. HDFC Bank Ltd., A/c.No.00821000087815, IFSC Code No.HDFC0000082" , within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such payment the delay of 523 days in representing the above S.A.SR.No.111645 of 2022 is condoned.
