The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19958 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Accordingly ordered.
