2. This Court, under order dated 06.01.2020, granted leave to the convict T.Kumar, S/o.Thangarasu, aged 42 years, Life Convict, Convict No.13356, confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore for a period of one month i.e. from 08.01.2020 to 07.02.2020 and directed him to return back to the prison on 07.02.2020 at 05.00 p.m.

3. Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the convict was taken back to prison on expiry of leave granted to him.

The said submission is recorded.
