This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21798 of 2024, to report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai - 104 on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21798 of 2024.

3. Considering the nature of offences and the petitioner only complied with the condition for 20 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.
