The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and sign before the Vellore Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.17175 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
